All sales are subject to our refund policy as published at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Because the application operates offline and stores data locally, you are responsible for maintaining your own data backups.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASH COMPASS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Upon termination, your license to use the application is revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

No Waiver

The failure of Cash Compass LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.

Language

These Terms are drawn up in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
