Ashton shapes the architecture and engineering behind True North Budgeting. He builds the software from the ground up - handling everything from core architecture to feature implementation and testing. His focus on offline-first design and stability defines the product's technical identity.

Outside of True North Budgeting, Ashton cherishes time with his wife Elizabeth, daughters Celeste and Teegan, and their mini schnauzer Socrates. At home it's movie nights, picnics at the park, and rounds of Hytale or a favorite board game - and when Teegan stops by, it's dinner and board game nights that make the whole crew feel complete.
